ANOTHER CONGRESSMAN GUILTY OF TREASON…

October 19th, 2007

Congressman Pete Stark is a liberal, democrat congressman from the Amsterdam of the United States: San Fran-sicko.

HE NEEDS TO RESIGN. WHY? JUST READ SOME OF WHAT HE SAID IN CONGRESS YESTERDAY:

“The Republicans are worried that we can’t pay for insuring an additional 10 million children. They sure don’t care about finding 200 billion dollars to fight the illegal war in Iraq. Where are you going to get that money? Are you going to tell us lies like you’re telling us today? Is that how you’re going to fund the war?

You don’t have money to fund the war or children. But you’re going to spend it to blow up innocent people if we can get enough kids to grow old enough for you to send to Iraq to get their heads blown off for the president’s amusement.

But the President Bush’s statements about children’s health shouldn’t be taken any more seriously than his lies about the war in Iraq. The truth is that Bush just likes to blow things up in Iraq, in the United States, and in Congress”.

Disgusting, is it not?

I am SICK AND TIRED of these corrupt politicians forgetting the vital, big-as-life fact that our brave military is an all-volunteer army.

Our men in uniform are a throwback to the brave souls that fought for our freedoms during WWII; they are a intelligent, strong, courageous, and selfless force.

A single soldier has more guts in their little finger than Stark, Durbin, Reid (and countless others) COMBINED.

But the democrats don’t see it that way. They see our nation’s military as a bunch of children strong-armed by evil conservatives to fight a nonexistent enemy.

I’M SICK OF IT!! Each and every one of these democrats- like Stark, like Reid, like Turban Durbin- need to STEP DOWN. They’re not worthy of leadership. We’re at war with a VERY REAL enemy. These officials need to be pulled away from their cushy executive chairs and thrown out in the middle of Fallujah without protection so that they can see what’s REALLY going on.

So you don’t believe there’s an enemy, Rep. Stark? You believe that our brave servicemen are having their “heads blown off” by a herd of President Bush clones in bed sheets? Because looking at the context of what you’re currently saying and what you’ve said in the past- that seems to be what you think!

But I digress…

Do you want to vent? Call Rep. Stark’s office. Give them a piece of your mind:

510-494-1388

Or fax:

510-494-5852

Email via web form HERE.

Or call his D.C. office at…

202-225-5065

You can also fax his D.C. office:

202-226-3805

Tell Stark that he does NOT represent the State of California. Tell Stark that he’s a DISGRACE to the United States of America and everything that it was founded on. Individuals like him do not deserve to be in the House. They deserve to be on a stake!!

Deciphering Progressive through their actions

DECIPHERING “PROGRESSIVES” THROUGH THEIR ACTIONS
Courtesy of Rick Roberts, KFMB San Diego

October 17th, 2007

Let’s discuss the meaning of the word “PROGRESSIVE”. It’s a code word for “LIBERAL”. Leftists changed their moniker on purpose since the word “LIBERAL” holds such a negative connotation these days.

But I still want to explain the actual meaning of the word “PROGRESSIVE”… It’s the feeling you get, the ideas that pop in your head when you hear that word.

To me, “progressive” means to “MOVE FORWARD”. It has a very positive meaning.

So, tell me: When the progressives get together and decide to be so forward thinking that they hand out forms of birth control to middle school students and tout tax-funded “shooting centers” (AKA heroine houses) in San Francisco… explain to me how that’s positive. How is this kind of warped state of mind “PROGRESSIVE”?

How is letting people- children included- do whatever they want to do, setting no rules and guidelines that might one day save their lives or bring them a positive life instead of one wrought with problems- How is THAT progressive?

Since when did having morals become a radical, right-wing trait?

Since when did common sense become political?

Read this story:

PORTLAND, ME: The Portland School Committee is poised to take up a proposal that would enable students at King Middle School to obtain birth-control prescriptions from the school’s health center. Under the plan scheduled for consideration, King would become the first middle school in Maine to make a full range of contraception available to students in grades 6 through 8, according to the state Department of Health and Human Services. King’s health center, which opened in 2000, already provides condoms as part of its reproductive health program. Prescription birth control, such as pills or patches, would be prescribed after a physical examination by a physician or nurse practitioner, said Lisa Belanger, who oversees Portland’s student health centers. The centers require that students have written parental permission before being treated. Under state law, students are allowed to seek confidential health care and decide whether to inform their parents about the services they receive. Most middle school students range in age from 11 to 13. Proponents of the proposal say a small number of King students are sexually active, but those who are need better access to birth control. Five of the 134 students who visited King’s health center during the 2006-07 school year reported having sexual intercourse, said Amanda Rowe, lead nurse in Portland’s school health centers. Rowe said that it is a service that is “totally needed”.

How is encouraging promiscuity in MIDDLE SCHOOLS a “PROGRESSIVE” ideal?! These kids are 11-14. They’re going to suffer a self-esteem downfall that naturally comes when they get raped at an early age. These are CHILDREN. They’re not old enough to consent.

Now, onto this story:

SAN FRAN-SICKO, CA: The city is looking at something called “safe sites” that could reduce the harmful effects of drug use. The concept is so controversial that no other city in the United States has implemented the program. The main sponsor, the San Francisco Public Health Dept., will be holding an all-day symposium Thursday to discuss these so-called safe injection facilities. Twenty-seven cities in eight countries now have these sites. So far, there are none in the United States. Public health officials say Hepatitis C is reaching epidemic levels. The city hopes clean needle exchange is one way it can reduce harmful effects of drug use… “This city has declared states of emergency repeatedly in order to do the needle exchange and that’s been a very successful program,” says Grant Coffax with the San Francisco Public Health Department. Now the city is exploring another, perhaps more controversial approach. It’s something called “safe injection facilities.” It’s modeled after the only one in North America; currently in Candad. Adam Dean, an IV drug user, said that it saved his life… and it’s saved hundreds of lives since its inception. Adam Dean is a young IV user who goes to the only safe injection facility in the continent. The facility, called Insite, in in Vancouver, Canada. It’s in the city’s downtown east side which has one of the highest AIDS and Hepatitis C infection rates in the country. Demonstration video shows an addict coming to the clinic with heroin he’s bought on the streets, then shooting up with a nurse watching. He can then relax in the chill out room where he can talk with case workers if he wants. SF public health official Grant Colfax says the Vancouver model seems to be working: “There are data that support the approach in terms of reducing overdoses and actually reducing discarded needles around the parameter of these sites,” says a city official.

Is promoting and coddling drug use- and in this case, the shooting up of heroine, really “PROGRESSIVE”? Apparently! The progressives in San Francisco want to provide these derelicts a facility to kill themselves. How is this considered “PROGRESSIVE”??

Do you know what WOULD be progressive? If we took a step to take the needle out of that junkie’s hand and put them in rehab. (And NOT at the taxpayer’s expense, by the way. It’s not my fault that someone was weak-willed enough to throw their life away one needle at a time).

What’s so “right-wing” about setting someone on the right road? To me, THAT’S progressive. Progressive is to take a step forward, not aid in leaping backwards.

Why can’t these so-called “progressives” teach kids to wait until they’re a legal adult to have sex? Why are they so hell-bent on eliminating childhood yet perpetuating eternal immaturity by giving them the impression that big government will take care of them if they’re too apathetic to work and do their part in society when they ARE adults?

Do you know what WOULD be progressive? If we gave kids something higher- something moral- to reach up to.

What these progressives don’t seem to realize is that the best social program is a set of morals, a job, and a drug-free life.

US Senate out of reality: Partitioning Iraq??

Posted by thebosun on September 30, 2007

Iraq denounces US Senate partition plan

Friday, September 28, 2007

Local reactions poured in denouncing the US Senate decision to partition Iraq viewed by its backers as a new attempt to curb violence. MP Saleh Al Motlaq considered that the decision do not respect the International Law while MP Hassan Al Shumari feared Iraq’s future would turn against federalism. In his turn, MP Mithal Al Allusi denounced the release of a similar resolution.

In the same context, the White House rejected the plan of Iraq partition as spokesman Tony Fratto undermined the importance of the Senate’s vote saying it’s a non-binding resolution. Fratto confirmed that the final decision about Iraq future goes to Iraqis’ themselves and cannot be imposed on them by foreign countries.

The Arab League criticized the draft law approved by the Senate. The league’s Director of Arab relations Ali Al Jaroush affirmed that the first mean to face such a divisive decision is to bolster Arab role in Iraq.

REPUBLICANS CAST ASIDE VOTERS- PANDER TO LA RAZA

Since when did Arizona become a state full of liberal mouthpiece Republicans-in-name-only politicians?

We have already established a long time ago that California is FULL of malcontent hippie elected officials…

But who ever thought that a conservative, Western state would be the leader of the selling-out of our nation?

Three of the bill’s architects are from this desert state: Senator and Presidential candidate John McCain, Senator Jon Kyl, and Congressman Jeff Flake.

These men take groups like La Raza seriously. So much so that they invited this radical group– along with other illegal alien groups– into bill negotiations.

Imagine that… these guys, including our own senators, will take La Raza seriously… but not you.

WHAT’S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

If he pulls his support for the bill over a “killer” amendment, Jon Kyl said, he will be accused of succumbing to right-wing threats, and he is not sure he can persuade enough colleagues to bolt with him. HMMM… “RIGHT-WING THREATS.” DO YOU, MR. TED KENNEDY MOUTHPIECE, NOT MEAN YOUR OWN REPUBLICAN CONSTITUENCY?

Hmmm… Why don’t you call him? give Jon Kyl a piece of your mind… Remind him that he represents the AMERICAN people- NOT the people of every other country BUT America

TUCSON: Phone: (520) 575-8633, Fax: (520) 797-3232

Or drop him an email at info@kyl.senate.gov.

Then, you have John McCain: “the President knows about immigration, he spent eight years as governor of Texas,” McCain told the AP. “The Republican Party must address this issue, [regarding immigration] if, in my part of the country, we expect to attract Hispanic voters.”

SO THERE IT IS. NO QUESTION ABOUT IT ANYMORE. THIS IS NOT ABOUT BORDER SECURITY. THIS IS NOT ABOUT SECURING AMERICAN JOBS FOR LEGAL AMERICANS. THIS IS ABOUT PANDERING TO A PARTICULAR RACE FOR THEIR VOTES.

OUTRAGOUS. MCAMNESTY IS JUST MENTALLY OFF THE RESERVATION.

Here are some more things that will set your hair on fire… Most of this is McCain… (Click here to listen to the audio.)

McCain didn’t just shoot his campaign in the foot… he shot it in the stomach. Call him and let him know it.

“You just have to recognize you will get 300 calls, you’ll get conflicts at town hall meetings — all of them negative,” said Rep. Jeff Flake. “The last few days have really turned things around.”

Hmmm… Why don’t you call him as well? Give Jeff Flake a piece of your mind… Tell him his sell-out bill hasn’t exactly been forgotten!!

DEBATE BEGINS AGAIN TODAY…

There are 30 amendments ready to be discussed– part of these amendments are being pushed by La Raza. Keep on piling on the phone calls.

THESE POLITICIANS SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED TO RUN THIS COUNTRY INTO THE GROUND!!

But this is what America gets… for taking its eye off the ball. For not caring to vote… for not caring to partake in their civil duties… and for not speaking out earlier.

“Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country.” …why does this no longer exist in the hearts of Americans?

Different Standards for Republicans

Courtesy of Big Dog’s Weblog

Scooter Libby was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in jail for his conviction of lying under oath, or perjury. The judge refused to weigh Libby’s career of public service and decided to jail him rather than give him probation and fined him a quarter million dollars. This is what happens when Republican is convicted of lying under oath. When a Democrat is guilty of that he keeps his job and makes millions of dollars a year on the speaking circuit while his wife serves as a Senator and runs for President. The article indicates that Libby was the highest ranking official convicted of a crime since Iran Contra. I guess Clinton being guilty of perjury (the same offense as Libby) does not count because the gutless bastards in the Senate did not have the courage to impeach him. I suppose those on the left who said that perjury was not an impeachable offense can shut up now since this jackass judge has decided it is worth 30 months in jail.

I am not convinced Libby lied and even if he did it is not worth 30 months in jail. This judge is trying to make a name for himself by being tough but if Libby’s lie was worth 30 months where was this jackass judge when Clinton was deliberately lying to cover up his behavior? I think Libby should have just killed Fitzgerald because then he would be on probation. DC never takes murder that seriously and Libby would be a free man and Fitzgerald would be with Satan where he belongs.

Libby does not have a report date and the judge has not decided whether he should remain free pending his appeal (but has indicated that he sees no reason for it). The President should wait to see if Libby will remain free until his appeal and if he must report to jail the President should immediately pardon him. I don’t really care if the left likes it and Fitzgerald can suck wind along with his butt buddy judge. President Bush should thumb his nose at them and pardon Libby so he can move on with his life. Clinton seems to be doing well after his episode of perjury and Libby deserves the same.

If Hillary Rodham makes any comments about the sentence people should remind her that her sex offender husband was guilty of the same and then someone should kick her between her legs and make her testicles land in her throat. If Bush pardons Libby and she has a word to say then they should kick her there again and remind her of Mark Rich and all the other people her husband sold his pardons to.

As for the Democrats in Congress, if any of them comment on the culture of corruption and Libby then they had better be prepared to see Jefferson end up in jail for a thousand years and not open their yaps. They should also be reminded that their last President should be in a cell next to Libby and that they all should be there as well.

I believe that Libby can win on appeal. Fitzgerald unduly influenced the jury by and he continued even after he had the leak. Had he stopped when his scope had been reached he would not have even spoken with Libby. Spilled milk I imagine, now George Bush needs to grow a pair and pardon the man instead of just feeling awful for him and his family.

Fitzgerald is worthless and someone should kick him between the legs. Of course, it won’t hurt him. you have to have something there to feel pain. But then the judge already knows that.

CONGRESSMAN WILLIAM JEFFERSON INDICTED ON BRIBERY, RACKETEERING, MONEY LAUNDERING, OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND RELATED CHARGES

WASHINGTON – United States Congressman William J. Jefferson was indicted today by a federal grand jury on charges including bribery and racketeering for allegedly using his office to corruptly solicit bribes and for paying bribes to a foreign official, Assistant Attorney General Alice S. Fisher of the Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney Chuck Rosenberg for the Eastern District of Virginia announced today.

The 16-count indictment, returned by a federal grand jury in Alexandria, Va., charges Jefferson with solicitation of bribes, honest services wire fraud, money laundering, obstruction of justice, violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, racketeering, and conspiracy. The indictment alleges that from in or about August 2000 through in or about August 2005, Jefferson, while serving as an elected member of the U.S. House of Representatives, used his position and his office to corruptly seek, solicit and direct that things of value be paid to Jefferson and his family members in exchange for his performance of official acts to advance the interests of people and businesses who offered him the bribes.

The things of value allegedly sought and/or received by Jefferson on behalf of his business interests and relatives included hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of bribes in the form of payments from monthly fees or retainers, consulting fees, percentage shares of revenues and profits, flat fees for items sold, and stock ownership in the companies seeking his official assistance.

The official acts allegedly undertaken by Jefferson included leading official business delegations to Africa, corresponding with U.S. and foreign government officials, and utilizing congressional staff members to promote businesses and businesspersons. Business ventures that Congressman Jefferson sought to promote included: telecommunications deals in Nigeria, Ghana, and elsewhere; oil concessions in Equatorial Guinea; satellite transmission contracts in Botswana, Equatorial Guinea, and the Republic of Congo; and development of different plants and facilities in Nigeria.

“The Department of Justice is committed to enforcing the public corruption laws designed to ensure the integrity of our government,” said Assistant Attorney General Fisher. “The Department will continue to hold public officials accountable for corrupt acts such as the bribery schemes outlined in today’s indictment.”
“The schemes charged are complex, but the essence of this case is simple: Mr. Jefferson corruptly traded on his good office, and on the Congress where he served as a Member of the United States House of Representatives, to enrich himself and his family through a pervasive pattern of fraud, bribery and corruption that spanned many years and two continents,” said U.S. Attorney Rosenberg.

“The FBI has made combating public corruption its top criminal investigative priority because American citizens deserve honest and ethical public officials representing their interest,” said Assistant Director Kenneth W. Kaiser, FBI Criminal Investigative Division. “As it is alleged, Congressman Jefferson violated the public’s trust and used his official position and office as a RICO enterprise to corruptly solicit bribes, to pay off a foreign official, and to illegally benefit from overseas business transactions during a five-year period. The FBI will continue to work with our local, state, federal and international partners to combat public corruption across all levels of government as no corrupt public servant is exempt from FBI scrutiny.”

The indictment alleges that Jefferson knowingly conspired with Vernon L. Jackson, a Louisville, Ky., businessman, and Brett M. Pfeffer, a former Jefferson congressional staff member, and others as part of the bribery and corruption scheme. Jefferson allegedly discussed and solicited bribes in return for being influenced in the performance of certain official acts, including receiving things of value from iGate, Jackson’s company. According to the indictment, Jefferson also corruptly sought bribes from an individual identified in the indictment as a Cooperating Witness (CW) to be paid to family members. The indictment alleges, for example, that Jefferson required 5 percent to 7 percent of the CW’s newly formed Nigerian company be given to members of Jefferson’s family in exchange for his assistance. Jefferson allegedly made the request of the CW in December 2004 during a meeting in a congressional dining room.

The indictment further alleges that Jefferson violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by allegedly offering, promising and making payments to a foreign official to advance the various business endeavors in which he and his family had financial interest. Jefferson was allegedly responsible for negotiating, offering and delivering payments of bribes to the official identified in the indictment as “Nigerian Official A.”
According to the indictment, on or about July 18, 2005, Jefferson met with Nigerian Official A at the official’s residence in Potomac, Md., and offered Official A a bribe to induce him to use his position to assist in obtaining commitments from NITEL, the government-controlled main telecommunications service provider in Nigeria. On or before Aug. 3, 2005, at his residence in Washington, D.C., Jefferson allegedly secreted in his freezer $90,000 of the $100,000 in cash provided by the CW as part of the front-end bribe payment to Nigerian Official A. The cash was separated into $10,000 increments, wrapped in aluminum foil, and concealed inside various frozen food containers.

Jefferson faces a maximum of 235 years in prison if convicted on all counts. Jackson was sentenced to 87 months in prison after pleading guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit bribery and the payment of bribes to a public official. Pfeffer was sentenced to 96 months in prison after pleading guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit bribery and aiding and abetting the solicitation of bribes by a member of Congress.
The case is being prosecuted by Mark D. Lytle and Rebeca H. Bellows, Assistant U.S. Attorneys, Eastern District of Virginia and Trial Attorney Charles E. Duross of the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division at the U.S. Department of Justice. The case is being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with the assistance of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

Criminal indictments are only charges and not evidence of guilt. A defendant is presumed to be innocent until and unless proven guilty.

CARE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE NORTH AMERICAN UNION?
By Rick Roberts,KFMB 760AM San Diego
June 1st, 2007

imgiib

We had Dr. Jerome Corsi of WorldNetDaily and StopSPP.com on our show this morning to discuss some VERY vital issues, including the NASCO super highway.

Here is what we discussed:

Southern border blurs for global trade

Superhighway a ‘crazy conspiracy theory’?

Bush’s detention facilities

Dr. Corsi touches on countless key issues that lamestream media journalists wouldn’t touch with a ten-foot pole.

You can listen to Rick Roberts’ interview by clicking here.

Sadly, these issues are not conspiracy theories. They are what we face as a nation if we don’t fight.

Dr. Jerome Corsi received a Ph.D. from Harvard University in Political Science in 1972. He has written many books including “Unfit for Command: Swift Boat Veterans Speak Out Against John Kerry” (along with John O’Neill), “Black Gold Stranglehold: The Myth of Scarcity and the Politics of Oil” (along with Craig R. Smith), “Atomic Iran: How the Terrorist Regime Bought the Bomb and American Politicians,” “Minutemen: The Battle to Secure America’s Borders,” and most recently, “The Late Great U.S.A.: The Coming Merger With Canada and Mexico.” He is also an expert on political violence and terrorism. In 1981, he received a Top Secret clearance from the Agency for International Development, where he assisted in providing anti-terrorism/hostage survival training to embassy personnel.

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, second from right, presiding over House panel

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calif., plans to reveal today Drug Enforcement Agency investigative reports that confirm a previous WND story presenting evidence the drug smuggler given immunity to testify against border agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean was involved in a second smuggling incident.

The DEA documents and Department of Homeland Security investigative reports already presented by WND contradict the prosecutor, U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton, who repeatedly has insisted to the public that smuggler Osbaldo Aldrete-Davila was not a suspect under investigation in a second drug incident.

Sutton gave Aldrete-Davila immunity to testify as the prosecution’s chief witness regarding the Feb. 17, 2005, shooting incident on the Texas border that led to prison sentences for Ramos and Compean of 11 and 12 years respectively.

GET READY TO SEE MORE TRUCKS ON THE ROAD!!

They just won’t be from this country…

THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION will now let Mexican trucks haul freight further and further into the United States.

AS IF WE DON’T HAVE ENOUGH ILLEGAL ALIENS ON THE ROAD ALREADY…

The U.S. government wants to see truckers outsourced… President Bush would like to see Jose from south of the border driving that freightliner.

Now is a GREAT time to invest in that uninsured motorist feature through your car insurance company!

The Bush administration announced its plan last Thursday to have U.S. inspectors oversee Mexican trucking companies that carry cargo across the border. According to the Transportation Department, U.S. inspectors will inspect each truck and interview drivers to make sure they can read and speak English. They’ll examine trucks and check the licenses, insurance and driving records of the Mexican drivers. Inspectors will also verify that the trucking companies are insured by U.S.-licensed firms. Sure… Sounds good, right? Not exactly…

How could the U.S. could spare sending inspectors to Mexico when only a nominal percentage of the hundreds of thousands of U.S. truck companies are inspected every year? They lack the inspectors to conduct safety reviews of at-risk domestic carriers… Imagine how much worse it will be if we are reduced to not hiring Americans to haul our goods.

How could we keep track of Mexican drivers when there are barely enough inspectors to keep track of American drivers?

The Bush administration is espousing more hot air just to evade the fact that they’re dying to sway the hearts of certain ethnic minorities. It’s pathetic.

One-fourth of all U.S. trucks are taken off the road after random inspections because they’re so unsafe. Just think of how the Mexican trucks will be.

Mexican drivers are paid about 40% less than their U.S. counterparts, who make an average of about $40,000 a year.

So, um… Let me get into the President Bush state-of-mind: The trucking industry, I am assuming, is a career path that American citizens no longer desire.

Ten-four… Or is it diez cuatro? Hmmm…
